Bounded west by New Providence Highway between Sandford Drive and West Bay Street, northwest by West Bay Street, northeast by West Bay Street, north by Arawak Cay, north by Esplanade Way, north by West Bay Street, north by Bay Street excluding the Pointe, northeast by Bay Street, east by West Street, south by Meadow Street, south by Boyd Road, south by Sears Road, and south by an imaginary line from Sears Road headed west to the junction of Sanford Drive and New Providence Highway onto New Providence Highway.
