Mr. David Lockhart was born on the 26th August, 1967 to the late Capt. Anton and Gweneth Lockhart. He is the fourth of seven children, wanting to follow in his late father's foot steps, David joined the Royal Bahamas Police Force on the 4th December 1989. Being not only an established member of the Police Force for the past 30 years, he is also an exceptional person throughout many communities in the Bahamas, where he has functioned in many capacities.
