The Royal Bahamas Police Force Celebrates 60 Years of Women in Policing

To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Women in the Royal Bahamas Police Force, a special COMPSTAT session was held at the Paul Farquharson Center. This event highlighted the significant contributions and achievements of female officers in the force over the past six decades. The session featured discussions on the progress made in gender equality within the police force, the challenges women have overcome, and their evolving role in law enforcement. It also provided an opportunity for reflection on the continuing importance of diversity and inclusion in modern policing.
