POLICE INVESTIGATE ARMED ROBBERY
Police are searching for two (2) male suspects responsible for an alleged armed robbery incident that occurred on Saturday 09th March, 2024, within the Fox Hill community.
According to preliminary reports, around 8:30 p.m., two (2) unknown males entered a home on Armbrister Street, brandished firearms, and robbed the lone occupant, an adult man, of an undisclosed sum of money before fleeing the scene.
Police are appealing to anyone with information regarding this incident to please contact 911, 919, or the Criminal Investigation Department at 502-9991. Anonymous tips are also welcomed through CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477).

ABACO: TRAFFIC ACCIDENT LEAVES DRIVER SEVERELY INJURED
Police in Abaco are investigating a traffic accident that occurred on Saturday 09th March, 2024, resulting in an adult male being seriously injured.
Initial reports indicate that shortly after 10:00 p.m., the male driver of a red 2019 Nissan Frontier was traveling west along on George Albury Boulevard when he reportedly lost control and collided with a utility pole and also an unoccupied parked vehicle.
The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, suffered serious injuries including a severed limb (left arm). He was transported by EMS personnel to the local medical clinic, for medical attention. He will be airlifted to New Providence for further medical care.
