NEW PROVIDENCE
MAN HOSPITALIZED IN STABBING INCIDENT
An investigation is underway into a stabbing incident that occurred on Saturday, 11th January 2025, leaving a man hospitalized in serious condition.
Preliminary reports indicate that sometime around 3:00 a.m., a 44-year-old male was stabbed while at a business establishment on West Bay Street. As a result, Emergency Medical Services visited the scene and transported the victim to the hospital for medical attention.
The circumstances surrounding this incident are unclear; however, police are actively investigating to bring closure.
STOLEN VEHICLE ALERT
Police seek the public’s assistance in locating the following vehicle that was reported stolen on Friday, 10th January 2025:
- A black 2012 Nissan Juke – stolen from Amaryllis Avenue in Garden Hills.

GRAND BAHAMA: RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE
The following vehicle was recovered on Friday, 10th January, 2025:
- A gray 2014 Acura RLX L/P #GF6619 – recovered on Hanna Hill in Eight Mile Rock. It was reported stolen on Friday, 10th January, 2025, from Jones Town in Eight Mile Rock.
Investigation continues in this matter.
