ARRAIGNMENT

The Royal Bahamas Police Force wishes to inform the public that on Wednesday, 16th October, 2024, a 47-year-old male from Tarpum Bay, Eleuthera, will be arraigned in the Magistrate’s Court for Attempted Murder and Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life.

This is in connection with the shooting incident that occurred on Saturday, October 5, 2024, in the Green Castle settlement of Eleuthera, which left a 20-year-old male injured.

POLICE SEEK ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS

Police are searching for two (2) male suspects who reportedly robbed another male on Tuesday 15th October, 2024, while in the area of East Street.

According to preliminary reports, the victim was leaving a business establishment shortly after 5:00 p.m. when two (2) males approached; one of them, who is known to the victim, brandished a firearm and robbed him of his wrist watch, before both males fled the area on foot.
