GRAND BAHAMA: ARRAIGNMENT
Police in Grand Bahama wishes to advise the general public that following individual was arraigned in Grand Bahama’s Magistrate Court on Monday 22nd July, 2024:
- . Lyndell Hepburn, age 28, was arraigned in Court #2, before Magistrate Charlton Smith, for Child Neglect.
This is in connection to the incident with the death of a toddler who fell into a bucket of water at a residence on Thursday 04th July, 2024.
She pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). The matter was adjourned until 16th September, 2024.
BIMINI: ARRAIGNMENT
Police in Bimini wishes to advise the general public that the following individuals will be arraigned in New Providence’s Magistrate Court on Tuesday 23rd July, 2024:
- . A 32-year-old male from Alice Town, Bimini, and a 36-year-old male from South Bimini.
The 32-year-old was charged with Burglary, Trespassing, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting, Arrest, and Unlawfully Carrying Arms.
These charges are connected to several incidents occurring between Thursday 20th June, 2024, and Friday 05th July, 2024.
The 36-year-old was charged with Harbouring a Criminal in connection with the 32-year-old.
- . A 32-year-old male from Alice Town, Bimini, and a 36-year-old male from South Bimini.
